Delivering the data that matters
most to improve patient care.

Trusted by the industry’s
leading healthcare organizations

Curation Health is the leader in empowering value-based care (VBC) adoption. We’ve built an outpatient CDI platform that serves as the infrastructure for prospective risk-adjustment, while supporting clinicians in their decision-making at the point of care.

We’ve got the agility and speed of a startup and the mastery that comes from decades of healthcare experience. Our north star goal? Making sure patients get the best care possible by delivering the data that matters most to their doctors.

The big why

Curation Health was founded by a team of healthcare veterans dedicated to making health care better for all and creating a new vision for how technology can support providers at the point of care. Here’s how we’re leading the charge.

We take a data minimalist approach

We believe that in order to provide quality care, providers and health plans need more relevant data delivered in a way that’s easy for them to access.

We know what works

Because our team has past experience building the EHRs our platform lives in, we know how to make accessing the right data as simple as possible.

We’re obsessed with our end user

We’ve studied our users for more than a decade, so we know exactly what data they need to provide better care—and how to get it to them.

Better data is closer than you think.

Our leadership team

We’re a team of healthcare industry experts who have a deep understanding
of the challenges providers and health plans face when transitioning to
value-based care. We work together to create thoughtful solutions for our
industry’s most important issues.
