Healthcare organization emphasizes support for providers serving some of the country’s most vulnerable
Annapolis, Md., – 2/25/2021 – Curation Health, announced today it has joined the Industry Relations Council (IRC) of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM). Curation Health will make its suite of services, including an EMR agnostic, prospective risk adjustment and quality platform that simplifies value-based contracting available for AAHCM members. As a member of the IRC, Curation Health joins a forum for exchanging ideas and insights and for enhancing patient care benefits available to the AAHCM’s nearly 1,000 home care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, administrators, and other aligned professionals.
